Vault Masters sets were introduced at Vault Tour 2023 Philadelphia — starting with Vault Masters 2023 — as a special product attendees could purchase. Vault Masters sets are only obtainable at a Vault Tour event or KeyForge Celebration, and not able to be purchased through normal retail means. Each Vault Tour season under Ghost Galaxy so far has had its own corresponding Vault Masters set release.
Vault Masters decks are tournament legal, and each set features its own curated card pool of seven houses featuring select cards from other standard sets released up until that point, creating decks with never before seen card combinations, or bringing back popular cards or combinations that haven't been seen in a while in standard sets. Vault Masters sets typically do not introduce new cards to the game, with a few exceptions.
All Vault Masters decks include the words "Vault" or "Master" (or both) in their generated deck names, and include some form of special iconography or treatment on the card backs.
Vault Masters 2023
Vault Masters 2023 is the first Vault Masters set introduced by Ghost Galaxy. The set (along with the concept of Vault Masters sets in general) was revealed to attendees at 2023 Vault Tour Philadelphia and decks were available exclusively at 2023 Vault Tour events. The set card pool includes select cards from Call of the Archons through Winds of Exchange (Sets 1–6).

Vault Masters 2024
Vault Masters 2024 is the second Vault Masters set. The set card pool includes select cards from Call of the Archons through Grim Reminders (Sets 1–7). In addition to a modified card pool, the card back treatment as updated, and was the first Vault Masters set to introduce "Geotagged" decks. Geotagged decks were specifically awarded as prizes at each Vault Tour during the 2024 season, with the prize decks featuring the location of the vault tour imprinted on the card back as well.

Vault Masters 2025
Vault Masters 2025 is the third Vault Masters set. The set card pool includes select cards from Call of the Archons through Æmber Skies (Sets 1–8). This set, to a degree, introduced new cards to the game. Vault Masters 2025 introduced Mind Your Elders — a card from the Martian Civil War event — making it that card's first appearance in a tournament legal set. Additionally, the set included Anomalies (which at the time of the set's release, had only previously appeared in Worlds Collide and Winds of Exchange). A total of 8 new anomalies were introduced in this set, although these same cards would also eventually be included in the upcoming standard set Prophetic Visions, which would release shortly afterwards in the middle of the 2025 Vault Tour season.
