Commentary
If the Book of leQ's Action ability reveals a Star Alliance card or the deck is empty, the Active Player's turn ends immediately. Exhausted cards are not readied, and the Active Player does not draw cards to refill their hand.
With the exception of draw, if an ability references the top card of the deck and the deck is empty, the discard pile is not shuffled to form a new deck.
